The paramount trial came when Sveno was left a blind quadriplegic following a scuba accident in the Republic of Panama in Central America. The miracles of a resilient recovery cemented his faith and it has never waivered since. Sveno could not have imagined the joys of life and love he enjoys today, from the depths of despair so many years ago.
